Service Description
Elite Hair & Scalp Consultation Every exceptional hair journey begins with a personalized plan. Whether you’re experiencing hair or scalp concerns, need guidance on choosing the right protective style, or simply want expert recommendations, your consultation is the first step toward achieving healthy, beautiful hair. During your consultation, we’ll evaluate your hair and scalp, discuss your goals, answer your questions, and create a customized treatment and styling plan designed specifically for your hair’s needs. Consultation Options ● In-Person Consultation ● Virtual Video Consultation Can I Skip the Consultation? If you are 100% confident that your hair meets the requirements for the service you’d like to book and you have previously discussed your hair with Bacari Cari Elite, you may book your service without scheduling a consultation. Please note that a current photo and/or video of your hair will still be required prior to your appointment to confirm your booking and ensure the selected service is appropriate. If there is any uncertainty about your hair length, density, condition, previous chemical services, or any hair or scalp concerns, we strongly recommend booking a consultation first. This allows us to provide the best service experience and helps avoid scheduling changes on your appointment day. Deposit Policy All service deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Before booking, please make sure you are selecting the correct service. If you are unsure whether your hair qualifies for a particular style or if you have any significant hair or scalp challenges, an Elite Consultation is required before scheduling your service. Our goal is to ensure every guest receives the highest level of care, personalized recommendations, and results that protect the integrity of their natural hair.
Cancellation Policy
Reschedule Policy: You can reschedule by calling me up to 24 hours in advance of your appointment. You must reschedule on the same day you call for a new appointment date/time. Your reservation fee will be applied to the new appointment. If you do not reschedule a new appointment on that day, you will lose your reservation fee. You are permitted only one reschedule with your paid deposit. The reschedule must fall between the original date and the next full calendar month. If you are trying to reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will need to rebook a new appointment, resulting in the forfeiture of your first deposit. Cancellation Policy: You may call or text me to cancel your appointment within 24 hours. Please note that your deposit will be voided. While I understand that unexpected situations can arise, please remember that time and supplies have been secured and must be compensated for. Late Arrivals: Our appointments are based on the amount of time needed to complete your service. Arriving late will push back my schedule, and you may need to alter the style to fit the shorter time block. Please arrive on time for your appointment. A $20 late fee will be applied to your balance if you arrive late to your scheduled appointment time. If you are more than 20 minutes late, you will need to call to ensure it is still okay to come.
