Service Description
Whether you're dealing with a hair or scalp issue, or just need some style advice, schedule a consultation with Bacari Cari Elite. We'll work with you to come up with a personalized treatment plan and style ideas that suit your needs. Choose from an in-person or video call appointment to get started on the path to healthy, beautiful hair. - If you are CERTAIN, you meet all requirements, and you have spoken with me, you may skip the consultation and book a service. But you will be contacted for a photo/video prior to your service day. -Deposits for services is non-refundable. keep this in mind when booking if you're not certain that your hair is long enough or if there are any major hair challenges please book for the consultation.
Cancellation Policy
Reschedule Policy: You can reschedule by calling me up to 24 hours in advance of your appointment. You must reschedule on the same day you call for a new appointment date/time. Your reservation fee will be applied to the new appointment. If you do not reschedule a new appointment on that day, you will lose your reservation fee. You are permitted only one reschedule with your paid deposit. The reschedule must fall between the original date and the next full calendar month. If you are trying to reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will need to rebook a new appointment, resulting in the forfeiture of your first deposit. Cancellation Policy: You may call or text me to cancel your appointment within 24 hours. Please note that your deposit will be voided. While I understand that unexpected situations can arise, please remember that time and supplies have been secured and must be compensated for. Late Arrivals: Our appointments are based on the amount of time needed to complete your service. Arriving late will push back my schedule, and you may need to alter the style to fit the shorter time block. Please arrive on time for your appointment. A $20 late fee will be applied to your balance if you arrive late to your scheduled appointment time. If you are more than 20 minutes late, you will need to call to ensure it is still okay to come.
